The Lodge

Situated behind cottages #5 and #7 in the back of our three acre facility is one of our two largest cottages (1000 sq.ft.).   This three bedroom cottage offers two bedrooms with "built-in" full size beds and one bedroom with a queen bed and roll-out cot, bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen with microwave. It boasts an open concept living room with a daybed, a futon, and a large brick fireplace with a slate hearth (limited firewood and kindling supplied).  The living room looks out onto a large deck with a gas grill and two picnic tables. Linens, dishes and basic cooking equipment are provided.

Gilford House

This natural pine cottage is one of our two largest cottages and offers a living room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace (limited firewood and kindling supplied), queen size futon and day bed; three bedrooms - 2 with queen beds & 1 with bunk beds - along with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.  Adjacent to the living area is a large deck with a propane grill and two picnic tables. Linens, dishes and basic cooking equipment are provided.

Taylor House

Our newest cottage, Taylor House, is located in the back of our three acre property below Gilford House and behind cottages #12 and #14. It is of knotty pine log cabin construction for that warm, New Hampshire feel with a loft as the second story. The first floor has two queen bedrooms with a full bath (tub and shower) an open kitchen and dining area with an island and a living room with a large native fieldstone fireplace! The vaulted ceiling gives way to a loft with two twin over double bunk beds, and a private king bedroom with a bathroom with a shower. Outside the front entrance is a deck, and along the side is a ramp that leads to a smaller deck out back with a slider entrance. The cottage has two picnic tables and a gas grill. Taylor House will sleep up to twelve.

Things You Need To Know Rates May Be Higher During Weekends, Special Events, And Holidays Rates Do Not Include 9% NH Rooms and Meals Tax

Telephone reservations held for seven (7) days, subject to receipt of a 50% deposit with a minimum of one night deposit. Personal checks not accepted less than two (2) weeks prior to arrival date. Balance is due at check-in, payable in full in cash, Traveler's Checks, or credit card. Sun Valley accepts all major credit cards. Sorry, no personal checks accepted at check in. Deposits are refundable with thirty (30) days notification before check in, but are subject to a twenty (20) percent service fee. However, cancellations for any reason, less than thirty (30) days before arrival will forfeit entire advance deposit. The deposit will be applied to the last day of your stay. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Advance Deposits for special events such as Bike Week and Nextell Cup are subject to above conditions but with sixty (60) day no refund cancellation period. Management reserves the right to cancel reservations by returning deposit if it become necessary to shut down any given cottage or condominium. During the months of July & August, unless otherwise available, the larger cottages and condos with full kitchens are rented on a weekly basis. Check-In Time:  After 2:00 PM Check-Out Time:  10:00 AM Sun Valley reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund if more than the stated maximum number of persons occupy any given unit without prior approval $15.00 per person charged for additional guests.
